Job summary

REMPREX, Inc. is seeking a Level II Support Technician to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Automated Gate System at intermodal terminals. You will create and manage Trouble Tickets, perform preventative maintenance, and communicate effectively with clients and REMPREX staff.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• 3 years in a customer service environment.
• 2+ years in a help desk environment and/or CompTIA A+ and Net+ certification.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VoIP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client site operational status and report site/ticket statuses.
• Train Level I Technicians and Customer Service Representatives.
• Triage support notifications and initiate resolutions by urgency.
• Create Trouble Tickets in GMS and document issues.
• Resolve or escalate issues; provide excellent customer service.
