REMPREX, INC is seeking a Gate Service Representative in Los Angeles, CA to support intermodal gate transactions and AGS maintenance. You will perform system repairs, troubleshooting, and data entry to ensure safe and efficient terminal operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with clean MVR, and strong problem-solving skills. Flexibility for extended hours in a 24/7 operation is essential, with growth opportunities across REMPREX teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Automated Gating System (AGS) equipment and components.
• Survey, repair, and troubleshoot overall system health and performance.
• Proactively report on system specifications, operations, inventory, and site performance.
• Explain site health information and provide technical insight on system repairs to client management.
• Assist in testing new-generation AGS components and provide reliability reports to management.
• Assist with the install and commissioning of AGS equipment on site.
• Process automated and manual gate transactions accurately, entering data into systems.
• Manage inventory and maintain REMPREX work environments.
