Job summary

REMPREX, Inc. seeks a Gate Service Representative for the night shift at our Alliance terminal in Haslet, TX. You will support intermodal gate transactions, maintain AGS equipment, and ensure safe, efficient service for customers.

Reporting to the Terminal Manager, you will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and assist with on-site installations in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to adapt to a 24/7/365 operation and extended hours.
• Strong problem-solving in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermodal gate transactions using AGS technology.
• Repair and maintain AGS equipment and components.
• Monitor system health and report performance issues.
• Explain site health information and provide insights to management.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of AGS equipment.
