• Facilitate load distribution to support Independent Contractors.
• Maintain relationships with contractors and company drivers.
• Collaborate with Safety, Driver Recruitment, Customer Service and Sales.
• Promote safety and operational excellence.
• Manage daily workload to meet customer requirements.
• Track equipment utilization and maintenance.
• Cross-train to cover workload when Manager is out.
• Communicate challenges and propose solutions.
• Control costs to improve terminal profitability.
• Ensure facility is clean and stocked with supplies.
• Monitor quarterly KPIs to support goals.
