Responsibilities

• Ensure Independent Contractor satisfaction by facilitating load distribution.
• Achieve driver retention and growth goals by supporting driver success with strong relationships.
• Collaborate with Safety, Driver Recruitment, Customer Service, and Sales to serve drivers and customers.
• Promote a culture of Operational Excellence focused on safety and quality.
• Execute daily workload while meeting customer requirements for world-class service.
• Track and manage Gulf Winds equipment to ensure proper utilization.
• Cross-train to cover workload distribution when the Terminal Manager is out.
• Communicate challenges and opportunities with creative solutions.
• Manage costs to increase terminal profitability while minimizing costs to our customers.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the facility and stocked supplies.
• Manage quarterly KPIs to support company goals.
