Job summary

CB2 is seeking a Designer to help customers plan and design living spaces, delivering CB2’s elevated design experience in-store and virtually. You will translate client needs into stylish concepts, moodboards, and layouts that drive sales while reflecting CB2 aesthetics.

Qualifications

1+ years of relevant experience in Furniture Sales/ Home Decor Design or retail/customer service
Experience working one on one with clients and recommending solutions
Proficient in Google platforms, virtual communication, design tool experience preferred

Responsibilities

Drive sales by delivering enriched customer interactions and elevated design offerings in-store and virtually.
Create CB2 designs using design tools to produce moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists, and style inspiration.
Lead One on One Design consultations in person or via email, phone, and virtual design consults. Deliver projects in a timely manner and within determined timelines.
Understand CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel - Store, Online, Catalog.
Meet sales, KPI, and service goals and follow the four steps of selling.
Stay informed on marketplace and industry trends.
Listen to customers to identify products meeting needs and explain loyalty services.
Provide excellent service with a positive attitude across in-store, online, and home visits.
