Job summary

CB2 Seattle is seeking a design-focused Store Designer to collaborate with customers in planning spaces, delivering elevated CB2 experiences. You’ll translate client needs into moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists and styling that reflect CB2 aesthetics.

You’ll lead one-on-one design consultations, drive sales through design expertise, and stay up-to-date with trends and merchandising strategy across store, online, and catalog channels.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Furniture Sales/Home Decor design or retail/customer service
• Experience working one-on-one with clients and recommending solutions
• Proficient in Google platforms and virtual communication; design tool experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and provide enriched customer interactions
• Create CB2 designs using moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists and styling
• Lead one-on-one design consultations in person or via email, phone, and virtual design consults
• Understand CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel
• Deliver sales, KPI and service goals and follow CB2's selling steps
• Stay informed with marketplace and industry trends
• Listen to customers to identify products and communicate loyalty services
• Support excellent service with a positive attitude in-store and virtually
