Job summary

CB2 designers partner with customers to plan and design spaces, delivering elevated CB2 experiences and driving sales. You’ll craft moodboards, 2D floor plans, and product lists, while leading design consultations in-store or virtually and ensuring timely project delivery.

Applicants bring 1+ years of furniture sales or design experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Google tools. Knowledge of current design trends and a passion for relationship building are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a differentiated customer experience on the floor and virtually.
• Create elevating CB2 designs using moodboards and floor plans for customers.
• Lead one-on-one design consultations in person, email, phone, or video.
• Deliver projects on time and align with store merchandising strategy.
• Stay informed on market trends and CB2 brand aesthetics.
