Job summary

CB2 is seeking a Design Consultant to partner with customers in Florida to plan and design spaces using CB2 tools and styles. You will create moodboards and 2D floor plans, lead one-on-one consultations, and deliver projects on time while aligning with CB2 aesthetics across store, online, and catalog channels.

The role requires 1+ years in furniture sales or home decor design, strong communication, and proficiency with design tools and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Furniture Sales or home decor design or retail/customer service.
• Experience one-on-one with clients and recommending solutions.
• Proficient in Google platforms, virtual communication, design tool experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a differentiated experience through customer interactions and elevated design offerings.
• Create moodboards and 2D floor plans for CB2 customers.
• Lead One on One Design consultations in person or via email, phone, or virtual design consults.
• Deliver projects in a timely manner within determined timelines.
• Understand CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel (Store, Online, Catalog).
• Meet sales, KPI, and service goals and demonstrate CB2 selling steps.
