CB2 is seeking a Designer to help customers plan and design their spaces, enhancing the CB2 Experience. You will create moodboards, 2D floor plans, and product lists, delivering on brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy across store, online, and catalog channels.

You will lead one-on-one design consultations, communicate design concepts, and drive sales while staying current with market trends. This role emphasizes customer-centric design and elevated service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver an elevated design experience in-store and virtually.
• Create CB2 designs using moodboards and floor plans.
• Lead design consultations in person or via email/phone/virtual platforms.
• Align with CB2 aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel.
• Meet sales, KPI, and service goals with the four steps of selling.
• Stay informed on market trends and communicate customer needs.
