Qualifications

• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are wowing the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure strong customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and world recovery.
• Perform general store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
