Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew provide WOW customer service through personal contact with customers and train crew on BE.ST experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively with excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff management and urgent issues.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, door locks, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance including trash, cleaning bathrooms, and stock room upkeep.
