Five Below is hiring for an hourly Crew Leader role in Little Rock, AR. You will WOW customers, supervise store associates, and assist with stock, opening/closing, and daily operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures they perform duties effectively.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing, securing cash, alarms, and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
