Job summary

Five Below seeks an Interim Support Lead in Lone Tree, CO to uphold an outstanding customer experience and lead store operations. You will supervise crew performance, train teams on the BEST service approach, and support daily cash handling, merchandising, and safety.

This temporary role also covers Manager on Duty duties during shifts. Candidate should have at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkouts.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed with excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep floor shelves full and organized.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and urgent issues.
