Five Below, Inc. is seeking an Interim Support Lead to assist with front-end operations, cash management, merchandising, safety and driving sales.

You will take on Manager On Duty responsibilities during assigned shifts and help support the business during peak periods or a leave of absence. Responsibilities include supervising crew, training on the BEST customer service experience, and ensuring smooth daily operations while providing outstanding guest experiences.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required. College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure crew wow customers with personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and manage store operations.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses via merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and general operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store and stock room.
