Job summary

Five Below seeks an Interim Support Lead to assist with front-end operations, cash handling, merchandising, and safety. You will step into Manager on Duty duties during shifts and help steer a busy retail environment while the store undergoes peak seasonal periods.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with front-end operations and cash management.
• Support merchandising, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle daily store duties.
• Act as Manager on Duty during shifts when needed.
• Open or close store procedures, including cash handling and security.
