Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking an Interim Support Lead to assist with front end operations and daily store management. You will support cash handling, merchandising, safety, and guest service while stepping in as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts.

The role offers hands-on leadership experience during peak seasons and coverage for a manager’s absence. This hourly position begins at $11.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and think creatively.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew provide WOW customer experience with personal contact.
• Train crew on frontline service and checkout efficiency.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty during shifts.
• Open/close store, secure cash and alarms.
• Onboard and train new associates.
• Drive sales and control store expenses.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and procedures.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping.
