Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is seeking an Interim Support Lead in Lone Tree, CO to assist with front-end operations, cash management, merchandising, and store safety. This temporary leadership role will also cover Manager On Duty duties during assigned shifts.

You will train associates, oversee daily activities, and drive sales while partnering with the store leadership team. The position is hourly with flexible shifts and seasonal coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew provide WOW customer service at checkout and on the sales floor.
• Train crew on BEST customer service experience and efficient checkouts.
• Oversee daily store operations, safety, merchandising, and stock organization.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling staff and urgent issues.
