Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to join our fast-paced store leadership team in Cahaba Commons, AL. You will supervise front-end operations, assist with cash handling, merchandising, and daily store functions while modeling the Five Below Way.

You will train crew, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and step in as Manager on Duty during shifts, helping the team deliver WOW service and achieve sales goals during our peak season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and great service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new inventory.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and staff.
• Opens/closes store, secures cash, sets alarms, ensures smooth operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses.
