Job summary

Five Below in Port Reading, NJ is seeking an Interim Support Lead to join the store leadership team. This temporary role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, front-end operations, cash handling, merchandising, and safety while stepping in as Manager On Duty during shifts.

Responsibilities include training crew on the BEST customer service experience, opening/closing procedures, onboarding and coaching associates, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and great service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and safety.
• Assists with receiving and stocking to keep floors full.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and handles store operations.
