Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and exceptional service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store staff and ensures excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty during shifts; manages store operations and staff.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, and sets alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates and policies.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery strategies.
• Performs general store maintenance (cleaning, stock room, etc.).
