Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead in Wayne, NJ, reporting to the Store Manager. This temporary management role focuses on delivering an outstanding shopping experience, leading crew members, and taking on Manager On Duty responsibilities during shifts.

You will train staff, oversee daily store operations, and contribute to sales growth while ensuring cash handling, stock organization, and store upkeep are executed efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Wow the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and manage store operations.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and help control expenses through merchandising and staffing.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and upkeep tasks.
