Job summary

Five Below in Odessa, TX is seeking an Interim Support Lead to help deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will support front-end operations, cash management, merchandising, and store safety, stepping in as Manager on Duty during shifts. This temporary role offers leadership exposure during peak season.

Responsibilities include training crew, supervising store activities, and driving sales while maintaining a safe, clean environment for customers and associates.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow customers with personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
