You will step into Manager On Duty duties during shifts and help drive sales while maintaining a high-energy customer experience. The position emphasizes training and developing crew, supervising day-to-day activities, and ensuring smooth opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Creative thinking to improve store operations and customer experience.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers by delivering friendly and efficient service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and checkout flow.
• Oversee daily store operations and supervise associates on shift.
• Assist with receiving, stock organization, and merchandising basics.
• Serve as Manager On Duty during assigned shifts and handle urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and ensure readiness for the day.
