Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an Interim Finance M&A Integration Manager or Senior Manager to support a growing portfolio of acquisitions and lead post-close integration activities. The role is hybrid with in-office attendance three days per week in San Francisco, CA, and an initial duration of approximately six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 8+ years in M&A integration or related finance operations.
• Proven track record leading post-close finance integration workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance integration activities across acquisitions from signing to post-close.
• Develop scalable integration frameworks, playbooks, project plans, trackers, and governance processes.
• Coordinate readiness across Accounting, Treasury, Payroll, Tax, Procurement, Equity and other finance functions.
• Drive process improvements and systems migrations, and ensure timely execution of controls and reporting.
