Job summary

the company is seeking an M&A Finance Integration Lead to own and scale its finance integration model. This cross-functional, transactions-driven role requires turning deal complexity into executable workplans and driving successful M&A outcomes across multiple teams.

Based in San Francisco with a hybrid model (3 office days per week) and relocation assistance. You’ll oversee finance workstreams through the full M&A lifecycle and ensure systems and controls remain stable as the company

Qualifications

10+ years in M&A, deal integration, and finance transformation.
Experience leading multiple, concurrent M&A integrations.
Strong understanding of deal accounting, controls and reporting.

Responsibilities

Define and build standardized M&A finance integration frameworks.
Drive execution across multiple M&A integrations.
Lead diligence across historical financials, revenue, equity, tax, procurement.
Plan integrations for close readiness across accounting, payroll, banking, entities.
Translate deal terms into actionable workplans, timelines, dependencies.
Ensure accounting, integration and reporting stay on track post-close.
