Nordstrom in Riverside, CA is seeking an Asset Protection Agent to help keep customers, teammates, and merchandise safe. You will partner with the store Emergency Response Team to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies while protecting profits.

Responsibilities include resolving theft with sound judgment, identifying trends through surveillance, leading shrinkage-reduction efforts, and supporting internal investigations.

Aufgaben

• Resolve theft by using good judgment and conducting quality apprehensions per policy and AP guidance.
• Identify theft trends by leveraging technology, reporting and surveillance.
• Drive shrinkage reduction culture through action plans and standards.
• Identify, escalate, and support internal theft investigations via reporting and surveillance.
• Investigate internal theft by gathering evidence and coordinating with AP Leadership and Investigation teams.
• Use video systems to monitor theft activity and support investigations.
• Leverage RFID data to monitor merchandise movement and aid investigations.
• Maintain safety and security of customers, employees, and store by reporting incidents and security issues.
