Responsibilities

• Resolve theft using policy, procedures, and leadership guidance.
• Identify theft trends via technology, reporting, and surveillance.
• Lead shrinkage reduction efforts and implement merchandise protection standards.
• Investigate internal theft, gather evidence, and coordinate with AP leadership.
• Monitor activity with video systems and RFID data for investigations.
• Prepare prompt, complete incident reports and testify in court when summoned.
