Responsibilities include applying policy-based apprehensions, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with store leadership and law enforcement. A flexible schedule is required to support store needs.

• Use video systems to monitor activity and support investigations.
• Prepare reports for high-profile incidents and testify in court.
• Collaborate with store leaders and local law enforcement in investigations.
