Nordstrom, Inc. in California is seeking an Asset Protection Agent to join our team. You will work with the store Emergency Response Team to prevent theft, ensure safety, and protect people and assets while upholding company policies.

Daily duties include resolving theft with sound judgment, analyzing trends with surveillance tools, conducting investigations, and supporting audits and training. A valid security license is required for certain locations; flexible scheduling is expected.

Responsibilities

• Identify theft trends using surveillance and reporting tools.
• Drive shrinkage reduction through action plans and standards.
• Investigate internal theft with evidence gathering and partnerships with AP leadership.
• Testify in court when summoned for criminal or civil cases.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with store leaders and local law enforcement.
