Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Intelligent Modeling Coordinator to lead cross-discipline coordination for transit and multimodal projects. The role focuses on integrating intelligent models across architecture, vertical and transportation structures, roadway design, and MEP into federated deliverables.

You will coordinate across offices, enforce BIM standards, and guide production staff throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with vocational technical training in basic CADD drafting technology and intelligent modeling.
• 12 years of related experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intelligent models across architecture, vertical structures, transportation structures, roadway design and MEP.
• Run clash detection in Navisworks and lead resolution across disciplines.
• Establish and enforce CADD/BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
• Mentor production staff and provide design sketches for finished drawings.
• Ensure model health, versioning, and interoperability across Autodesk tools.
