Job summary

QuaverEd, an education technology company based in Nashville, is seeking an Integrations Support Specialist to onboard school districts and provide frontline phone and email support for our curriculum platform. This role requires strong customer service skills and technical knowledge of authentication protocols and IMS Global standards.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or comparable experience.
• Experience with authentication protocols such as SAML, LDAP, ADFS, OAuth 1, and OAuth 2.
• Experience with IMS Global learning standards (LTI, OneRoster, Common Cartridge).
• SQL expert; networking, database systems, and cybersecurity knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline phone and email support to school districts.
• Onboard school districts who use our curriculum platform.
• Assist in planning development of software tools/apps to aid operations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and supervisors across platforms (phone, video call, email).
