Job summary

QuaverEd, Inc. is seeking an Integrations Support Specialist to onboard school districts and provide frontline support for our curriculum platform. The role requires strong SQL, networking and cybersecurity knowledge, plus experience with authentication protocols and IMS Global standards.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-year degree or comparable experience.
• Experience with authentication protocols such as SAML, LDAP, ADFS, OAuth 1 & 2.
• Experience with IMS Global learning standards (LTI, OneRoster, Common Cartridge).
• SQL experience: Expert.
• Strong knowledge of networking, database systems, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with software design and development.

Responsibilities

• Onboard school districts using our curriculum platform.
• Provide frontline phone and email support to school districts.
• Assist in planning development of tools/apps to aid operations.
