Job summary

Edia Learning, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Engineer to own end-to-end SIS integrations for district deployments. You’ll lead technical workstreams, define data mappings, and coordinate with CS, Engineering, and district IT to ensure on-time go-lives.

The role requires strong coding ability (Python/SQL), API fluency, and superb stakeholder communication. Hybrid work is offered with equity and a technology stipend as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in CS, software eng, or related field.
• 4+ years in technical implementation, solution engineering, integration engineering, or related SaaS/data delivery role.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SFTP pipelines, ETL workflows, data mapping, and schema design.
• Ability to read/write code (Python/SQL) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical integration workstreams across CS, engineering, and district IT stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end implementation from contract to go-live with technical milestones and risk tracking.
• Develop data transformation specs, API integration guides, and configuration docs.
• Translate complex environments into clear implementation architectures for engineers and district IT teams.
• Identify and mitigate integration risks to prevent go-lives from being blocked.
