Job summary

QuaverEd in Nashville is seeking a full-time Implementation Specialist to ensure successful implementation of QuaverHealth in schools across the nation. This position involves direct engagement with educators, providing training, and maintaining a strong knowledge of the QuaverEd curricula.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Health or related fields and extensive experience in the educational sector. The role requires effective communication and strong leadership skills, alongside proficiency in various technical tools.

Qualifications

• Experienced educator with 5+ years experience in Elementary or Middle School setting.
• Additional Certifications or National Affiliations preferred.
• Training and/or instructional coaching experience preferred.
• Experience with online curricula implementation and curriculum development.
• Experience teaching both large and small groups of adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for individual districts/schools nationwide for successful implementation.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of QuaverEd curricula.
• Lead training sessions for teachers on QuaverHealth.
• Travel to school sites to coach teachers and education stakeholders.
• Host virtual events for current users and prospective customers.
• Attend national conferences to represent QuaverEd.
• Assist in sales presentations as approved.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
