Job summary

ConexED is seeking an Integrations Engineer to lead the integration of educational technology systems across colleges and universities. You will coordinate with clients and support teams, ensuring seamless LMS/SIS/CRM integrations, data governance, and timely project execution.

You will collaborate with IT and academic staff, guide data-driven decisions, and implement monitoring and analytics to improve system performance and user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software integration within educational settings or similar complex environments.
• Experience with integrating Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, and Peoplesoft SIS systems.
• Strong management capabilities with experience handling technology integration operations.
• Process-oriented with project management skills and track record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms, LMS, SIS, and API management.
• Effective collaboration with customer stakeholders and internal departments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Align integration efforts with broader objectives to improve efficiency, data management, and customer experience.
• Manage seamless integration of LMS, SIS, CRM, and other educational technologies.
• Oversee API usage and ensure robust data governance.
• Lead projects from concept to execution, on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with IT and academic staff to determine integration requirements and resolve challenges.
• Promote inter-department communication to satisfy institutional needs.
• Support a framework for addressing post-integration technical issues.
• Develop training programs for end-users and IT staff on new systems.
• Work with CIO to implement monitoring tools and feedback mechanisms.
• Use data analytics to assess integration strategy effectiveness.
