Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead in Environmental Planning to guide delivery of water resource planning projects for federal clients. You will mentor staff, promote a quality culture, and drive growth with HDR's market-facing teams across disciplines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of experience, professional registration, and strong communication. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate staff development, client engagement, and project delivery within HDR's

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
A minimum of 10 years experience required.
Professional registration/license/certification may be required based on role.
Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
Ability to handle multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; act as Quality Control lead and technical lead on projects.
Lead or support standards, guidelines, tools, checklists and workflows to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Participate in tactical planning; align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; assist with recruiting key positions.
Collaborate with HDR staff and clients to develop qualifications and project approaches; lead or contribute to pursuits.
