Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years experience
• Professional registration may be required based on role
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Leading or supporting standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, workflows to enhance service quality.
• Participating in tactical planning with HDR and aligning initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
• Working with client-facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches.
