Job summary

HDR's Water Business Group seeks a Business Class Lead (BCL) to advance delivery quality and staff development across water resource planning. You will lead or support standards, guide multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with market sector leaders to drive growth and project delivery.

Responsibilities

Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; serve as a Quality Control lead and technical lead for projects.
Lead or support standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, workflows to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Participate in tactical planning with HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; support recruiting and staff development.
Collaborate with client facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches; engage on pursuits as lead or team member.
