Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead (BCL) in the Water Business Group to shape delivery quality, lead cross-disciplinary teams, and drive growth across markets.

You will mentor staff, promote best practices, and partner with market sector directors and clients to align initiatives with strategic goals while advancing project delivery and career progression in a collaborative, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills; commitment to employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Foster a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; act as Quality Control lead and technical lead for projects.
• Lead or support standards and guidelines, tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to tactical planning and alignment of initiatives with market drivers and client needs; support recruiting for key positions.
• Collaborate with HDR teams to track, develop, and share qualifications and project approaches; engage on pursuits as lead or team member.
