Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead (BCL) to guide water resources initiatives, lead plan formulation efforts, and mentor teams across projects. The role partners with directors and market leaders to ensure delivery aligns with client needs and industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 10 years experience.
Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.

Ability to handle multiple assignments.
Good leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
Leading or supporting standards and guidelines technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques.
Participating in tactical planning including engagement with HDR and market drivers.
Working with client facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches.
