Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead (BCL) within its Water Business Group to mentor staff, advance delivery quality, and grow market share. The BCL collaborates with market sector and regional leaders, guiding multi-disciplinary teams toward successful outcomes for complex water resource projects.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and engagement with clients and HDR teams to drive growth, improve qualifications, and deliver impactful water solutions across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Leading or supporting Business Class sponsored standards and guidelines technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participating in tactical planning including engagement others within HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
• Working with others within HDR including client facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches.
