Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead (BCL) within the Water Business Group to drive delivery excellence and staff development across projects in water resource planning. You will mentor teams, promote quality standards, and collaborate with market sector leaders to align initiatives with client needs.

The role focuses on strategic growth, capability building, and delivering outcomes with cross-functional HDR teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 10 years experience.
Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Ability to handle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities
