Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Manager to lead schedule governance for Department of War programs. You will develop and maintain complex IMS, coordinate across multiple offices, and provide CPM, float, and variance analyses to support decision-making.

Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Project Online is required, along with an active SECRET clearance. You will deliver executive dashboards and briefings, support governance meetings, and drive schedule-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Active SECRET clearance desired.
• Ten (10) or more years of experience in federal DoW IMS/program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IMS scheduling for DoW programs and ensure schedule governance.
• Develop, maintain, and govern large Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Manage schedule integration across stakeholders and workstreams to align with objectives and milestones.
• Perform CPM, float, and variance analyses to identify risks and support decision-making.
• Establish scheduling governance processes aligning with DCMA 14-Point and GAO Schedule Guide.
• Develop executive dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for senior leadership.
• Support program reviews and governance meetings with actionable schedule guidance.
• Lead MS Project and Project Online scheduling activities for enterprise environments.
