Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Program Management professional to lead Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for DoW programs, providing governance, controls, and executive decision support. You will work with government stakeholders to improve visibility, risk management, and mission outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in federal consulting with IMS experience and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Project Online, and Power BI. Active SECRET clearance and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years experience supporting federal consulting and IMS.
• Developing, maintaining, and governing large IMS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Project Online.
• Experience applying DCMA 14-Point, CPM, GAO guidelines.
• Developing resource-loaded schedules and executive dashboards.
• Supporting governance, schedule reviews, and executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Developing, maintaining, and governing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Managing schedule integration across stakeholders and workstreams.
• Conducting schedule analysis including CPM, float, and variance analyses.
• Establishing scheduling governance and DCMA GAO alignment.
• Developing executive dashboards and performance metrics for leadership.
• Supporting program reviews, governance meetings, and reporting.
• Leading MS Project and MS Project Online activities.
