Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler for a fully remote role in the United States. The candidate will coordinate complex program schedules, align milestones, and dependencies across teams to optimize execution for critical national security missions.

Responsibilities include developing IMS, translating requirements into tasks, and providing portfolio-level visibility. A Secret clearance is required and travel exceeds 10% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with substantial scheduling experience.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing IMS schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integrated scheduling activities across programs to ensure consistency and reliable insights.
• Develop IMS queries, analyses, and reports to support management.
• Build and maintain project schedules in Microsoft Project and consolidate views for leadership.
