Job summary

Guidehouse seeks an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to support complex, multi-year master planning efforts. This role develops and manages the IMS as a core program artifact, enabling portfolio visibility and disciplined execution across initiatives.

You will lead project teams, solve complex business challenges, and grow professionally within the firm, while meeting security clearance requirements and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Seven or more years in program scheduling/controls.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule aligned to IMP/WBS.
• Integrate schedules across initiatives for alignment and traceability.
• Manage milestones, dependencies and coordination points across programs.
• Track cross-initiative dependencies, risks and changes.
• Establish schedule governance, baselining and change control.
• Perform critical path analyses and schedule impact assessments.
• Support program controls integration across cost, risk and performance tracking.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Facilitate schedule reviews, meetings and governance forums.
• Mentor team members and promote standardized scheduling practices.
