Job summary

Guidehouse seeks an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to support complex, multi-year master planning efforts. You will develop and manage the IMS, enabling portfolio visibility and disciplined execution across initiatives.

Lead project teams to solve scheduling challenges for federal clients, with growth opportunities and mentoring responsibilities. You will coordinate with security, facilities, and related programs, perform critical path analyses, and develop executive dashboards for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
7+ years of experience in program scheduling or program controls.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust; active trust preferred.
Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) aligned to the portfolio IMP, ROADMAP, and WBS.
Integrate schedules across initiatives and stakeholders for alignment and traceability.
Manage milestones, dependencies, and coordination across security, facilities, and related programs.
Establish schedule governance, baselining, and change control; perform critical path analyses.
