Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior Program Management professional to support Department of War (DoW) programs with Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) leadership, governance, and executive decision support. You will drive schedule management, CPM analyses, and risk assessments across multiple workstreams to improve program visibility and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in federal consulting, IMS, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IMS scheduling and governance for DoW programs.
• Provide schedule analysis (CPM, float, variance) and risk insights.
• Develop executive dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Support program reviews, governance meetings, and decision-making.
• Manage Microsoft Project activities and enterprise scheduling environments.
