Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned Program Management Scheduler to support DoW programs in the United States. You will lead Integrated Master Schedule efforts, drive schedule governance, and provide executive decision support to government stakeholders.

Your work ensures visibility of risks and timely milestones. You will apply CPM, variance analyses, and health assessments, delivering dashboards and reports for senior leadership while coordinating across multiple offices and program offices.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required and maintained.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in federal consulting or DoD IMS/program management.
• Experience leading large Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Online.
• Knowledge of DCMA 14-Point Criteria, CPM, GAO Schedule Guide.

Responsibilities

• Lead IMS development, maintenance, and governance across programs.
• Coordinate schedules across multiple stakeholders and offices.
• Perform CPM, float, and variance analyses to identify risks.
• Develop executive dashboards and briefings for leadership.
• Support program reviews and decision-making with schedule data.
